Ken Hagler: Spiritual Director

Spiritual Direction

Maybe C.S. Lewis put it best, "You don't have a soul.  You are a soul.  You have a body."  Spiritual direction is about helping people rediscover their soul, the part of us which makes us who we are.

Typically, spiritual direction sessions usually take place monthly.  The person coming for spiritual direction sets the agenda of the session.  It maybe one's relationship with God, life issues, spiritual practices, a crisis in faith or life transition which come to forefront of a session.  At the heart of our time together is an emphasis on growing closer to God.

My current practice of Spiritual Direction is focused on group sessions, workshops, writing and teaching.  I am available for limited personal spiritual direction sessions in the metro Atlanta area or online.  Click on the "Contact Me" tab and let me know of your interest.

I am a member of Spiritual Directors International and Fellowship of United Methodist Spiritual Directors and Retreat Leaders.  I adhere to the Ethical Guidelines established by Spiritual Directors International.
